I couldnt help but to photograph this huge doll's house... a girl's dream..comes true.. The lovely woman was selling it for £30... however it's just too big it wouldnt fit into our car. It still need a bit of wallpaper-ing inside. The little furnitures (scattered outside the house) are just so lovely..

..this is definitely a must-have!

Great escape

Early morning of last sunday we spent some time together at the flea-markets. We've been planning for this day quite a while now. So when finally neither of us are working (plus the weather was very sunny & warm) off we went to flea!
Now what kind of things caught our eyes?
Here are some vintage furnitures..
Church-like book shelves..
Beautiful stones..
Jars I could bring home.

..more furnitures..

Handmade embroidered little bits & bobs.
A nook with this unique finds..

Great escape too

I must confess that we went to several flea markets actually in one day ~ which is a norm by the way ;p. Boy, oh boy, were they crowded! Here are some more treasure finds. One man's junk may be another man's treasures!
We spotted this lovely vendor who allowed us to take photos of her lovely booth.
Cool blues arent they! She had some odd chinas as well in which we couldnt help but to buy a pair.
Here are some vintage cutleries belong to a very nice old english man. Not quite sure how long his family has owned them. They were all nicely tied together ready to go to new homes. If you have a good look you might find your initials engraved on a piece or two.
He also had this spectacular old binoculars in his booth.

If you are into vintage pictures & signs as well, here are a few.

Prom dress anyone?

Here is a picture of very colourful & happy comic books. Arent they just so cheerful to look at?
That's for today, will post again next flea day!

Old wooden chair.

..a chair for all reasons.

New Addiction.

Project 101. The Guest Room furnitures are already white. Recently, however, I have this new 'addiction' of furniture-painting. And for some unthinkable reason I just felt I had to re-paint them with laura ashley egg-shell paint.

Do they look any different?

Tiny chandeliers... french-inspired..Glass, Silk & Ruffles. Sweet..Beautiful Dartington glass decanter..

Cuteness Factor

This is Diva. She thinks she can get away with anything.
Caught red-handed laying in bed, again!

The look that says, "..yes, I'd like to have unlimited access to my cat treats please!"

I Thee Wed

..Drop. Dead. Gorgeous.
..although My Man didnt really think so. He thought they're slightly out of ordinary as wedding bands.

Accessories Matter

I am the proud owner of a very handsome jewellery armoire. (Wait till my dad sees my jewelleries. He'll probably start with, "You HAVE a jewellery box?!" -before rolling his eyes of course). We bought it not too long ago from our favourite shop Past Times. And poor My Man had to carry this fine piece of (very heavy) furniture home ;).
Here are some of the lovelies kept in it..

..isnt she so Parisian..
